I'm Davi Bryan, Partner and founder of SRO Advisors.

My Story

With nearly 20 years in global management consulting, I’ve helped organizations navigate complex transformations—aligning leaders around bold visions, designing future-ready talent strategies, and elevating the workplace experience. I’ve led high-performing teams across industries and partnered closely with Boards and C-suite leaders to tackle their most pressing organizational challenges.

I’m known for my authentic leadership style and ability to meet clients where they are—driving meaningful change while staying grounded in the realities of their business. I thrive in complexity and ambiguity, always focused on building solutions that stick and delivering results that matter.

I earned my BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University and completed my MBA in Operations Consulting at Washington University in St. Louis—a combination that reflects both my curiosity about human behavior and my drive to solve big, complex problems.

After building my career at top-tier firms like PwC, Deloitte, and Accenture, I launched SRO Advisors to bring high-impact advisory services to mid-cap and growing organizations—especially those that need world-class expertise without the big-firm overhead. We help clients through strategic change, leadership transitions, and critical periods of growth.

And yes—SRO is a nod to my love of Broadway. In theater, standing room only means the house is packed and the energy is high. That’s the spirit I bring to my work: high-impact, high-engagement, and all-in. The annual Tony Awards are appointment viewing in my home—because nothing pairs with strategy like a little showtune energy.

Born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, I now split time between the region and the road as a digital nomad—bringing a global perspective back to my roots.
